3  egg  whites  at  room  temperature1  C.  ice  cubes
1/8  tsp.  salt1  1/2  C.  sliced  strawberries
1  C.  sugar3/4  C.  thawed  Cool  Whip
2  drops  red  food  coloringDirections
1  tsp.  almond  extractMix gelatin and boiling water in blender at
low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about
1  1/4  C.  shredded  coconut30 seconds. Add ice; stir until partially
melted. Add strawberries; blend well. Blend

glasses.  Chill  about  2  hours.  Garnish.

1 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs, about 16

1 18 oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough2  tsp.  sugar
18  oz.  pkg.  cream  cheese1/4  C.  melted  butter
1  C.  confectioners'  sugarFor  filling:
1  16  oz.  can  cherry  pie  filling24  large  white  marshmallows
1 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping,1/2  C.  milk
thawed
1  tsp.  vanilla
Directions
1/8  tsp.  salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll the cookie
dough to ¼" thick and form it into a heart6  drops  peppermint  extract
shape. Place the heart shape on a cookie
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or6  drops  red  food  coloring
until the cookie is lightly brown on the
edges. In a large mixing bowl, mix cream1  C.  chilled  whipping  cream
cheese with confectioner's sugar. Spread the
mixture on cooled cookie dough. Cover with2  Tbs.  crushed  peppermint  candy
cherry  pie  filling  and  whipped  cream.
Directions
Yield:  12  servings
To make crust: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix

DirectionsIngredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9-inchCrust:
baking pan. Beat butter in large mixer bowl
until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt19 oz. pkg. chocolate wafer cookies, finely
until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 1crushed
3/4 C. crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared
baking pan; reserve remaining mixture. Bake1/4  C.  butter,  melted
for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden
brown. Combine 1 C. morsels and sweetened1/4  C.  firmly  packed  brown  sugar
condensed milk in small, heavy-duty saucepan.
Warm over low heat, stirring until smooth.Filling:
Spread over hot crust. Stir nuts into
reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle over3  8-oz.  pkg.  cream  cheese,  softened
chocolate filling. Drop teaspoonfuls of
raspberry jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle1  C.  sugar
with remaining morsels. Bake for 25-30
minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan1  C.  sour  cream
on  wire  rack.

1  can  sweetened  condensed  milkstrained
1  can  cherry  pie  fillingDirections
1  can  crushed  pineapples,  drainedPreheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl,
combine cookie crumbs, butter, and brown
1  C.  pecans,  choppedsugar. Press firmly on bottom of spring-form
